KAPRON SOUND & INSULATION BOARDS 


We developed Kapron insulation specifically for use with our Warmfloor elements because we needed the most efficient form of insulation with the minimum thickness of material.


In terms of heat -  a 3mm Kapron board has the same insulation capacity as 350mm (approx 14 inches) of concrete.


An insulation layer of 6mm Kapron in a room should produce a temperature increase of up to 8 degrees C. at constant energy consumption.

  • KAPRON is produced partially from recycled material and itself is 100% recycable so it is nature friendly.
  • Because of the production technique and the chemicals used in process KAPRON is CFC Free material so it is ozone friendly. 
  • Because of its fine closed cell structure, KAPRON has neither water or vapor conductivity nor absorption property.
  • KAPRON has high pressure resistance so it does not deform easily. 
  • Because of its low weight, it is easy to transport and apply. 
  • KAPRON can be applied to any surface easily. 
  • KAPRON can carry any cladding material easily because of their tensile strength capacity.
  • KAPRON does not consists any poisonous material, also can be used in food packaging sector.
